For Chandni, AIM Cricket Academy is about much more than sport. She believes youth athletics can help build confidence, discipline, resilience, and leadership—qualities that serve children both on and off the field. As a leader in one of Minnesota’s few women-owned youth cricket organizations, she is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment where every player feels seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

Through her leadership, Chandni continues to help position AIM Cricket Academy as a trusted, forward-thinking home for youth cricket development in Minnesota.

Abhilasha Khullar

As Co-Founder and Director of Community Engagement, Abhilasha Khullar plays an important role in building the strong family and community foundation behind AIM Cricket Academy. She focuses on creating meaningful connections with parents, players, schools, and local partners while helping nurture the academy’s culture of trust, support, and belonging.

With a graduate-level background in psychology, including advanced study in marriage and family systems, Abhilasha brings a thoughtful and people-centered perspective to the academy. Her approach helps foster an environment where communication is open, relationships are valued, and young athletes feel encouraged not only in their cricket journey, but in their personal growth as well.

Abhilasha is especially passionate about creating a positive experience for families. As a parent herself, she understands how important safety, transparency, and collaboration are in youth sports. She works to ensure that AIM is a place where parents feel connected, children feel confident, and every family feels welcomed into the academy community.

Her dedication to emotional well-being, strong communication, and inclusive community-building helps make AIM Cricket Academy a place where players can thrive both on and off the pitch.

Rounak Jaggi

As Director of Operations and Marketing, Rounak Jaggi plays a key role in building the structure, systems, and community presence behind AIM Cricket Academy. With over 25 years of playing experience and 10+ years of leadership in cricket and community sports development, he brings both passion and operational excellence to the academy.

Rounak oversees day-to-day operations, including scheduling, program logistics, coach coordination, and parent communication—ensuring that every family experiences a smooth, professional, and well-organized environment. He strongly believes that clarity, consistency, and transparent communication are the foundation of trust in youth sports.

Beyond operations, Rounak leads AIM’s marketing strategy and partnership development. He has successfully organized and promoted cricket tournaments while working closely with cities, schools, local businesses, sports associations, and community organizations to expand access to cricket. His efforts also include supporting the development of cricket infrastructure through public-private partnerships.

Driven by a lifelong love for the game and a commitment to community impact, Rounak is focused on creating opportunities for young athletes to grow—not just as players, but as confident and disciplined individuals.

Sushant Khullar

As Program Director and Head Coach at AIM Cricket Academy, Sushant Khullar brings over 35 years of playing and coaching experience, combining deep technical expertise with a passion for developing young athletes.

Sushant has coached successful teams across numerous tournaments and competitive series, consistently helping players elevate their performance while building strong character. His coaching approach focuses on technical fundamentals, game awareness, fitness, and mental resilience ensuring that every athlete develops with confidence, discipline, and purpose.

He believes that coaching goes beyond skill development. For Sushant, cricket is a platform to shape individuals—instilling values such as teamwork, responsibility, respect, and perseverance that extend far beyond the game.

A strong advocate of transparency and trust, Sushant emphasizes open communication between coaches, players, and parents. He believes that the best results come when everyone works together as one team—setting clear goals, tracking progress, and providing honest, consistent feedback.

Through mentorship, structure, and a positive learning environment, Sushant is deeply committed to helping every player reach their full potential—both on and off the pitch.
