As Co-Founder of AIM Cricket Academy, Chandni Arora helps shape the vision, direction, and long-term growth of the organization. She plays a leading role in strategy, partnerships, and community outreach, working to expand access to quality cricket opportunities for young athletes across the Twin Cities.
Chandni is deeply committed to building an academy that is inclusive, professionally run, and rooted in purpose. Her work focuses on developing meaningful relationships with cities, schools, and community organizations while ensuring AIM’s programs reflect the academy’s core philosophy: Aspire • Improve • Master.
For Chandni, AIM Cricket Academy is about much more than sport. She believes youth athletics can help build confidence, discipline, resilience, and leadership—qualities that serve children both on and off the field. As a leader in one of Minnesota’s few women-owned youth cricket organizations, she is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment where every player feels seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
Through her leadership, Chandni continues to help position AIM Cricket Academy as a trusted, forward-thinking home for youth cricket development in Minnesota.
