Welcome to AIM Cricket Academy ("AIM," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, facilities, programs, registration portals, and related services. By using this website or registering for programs, you agree to these Terms.
1General Information
1.1 About AIM Cricket Academy
AIM Cricket Academy is a women-owned youth cricket academy providing structured coaching programs, camps, and player development services primarily in Minnesota.
1.2 Eligibility & Parental Responsibility
- Website use is intended for individuals 18 years or older.
- Registration for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for accurate information and for reviewing academy communications and policies.
2Website Use & Intellectual Property
2.1 Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with website functionality or security
- Copy, scrape, or misuse website content
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
AIM reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse.
2.2 Intellectual Property
All logos, text, graphics, images, videos, and website design are the property of AIM Cricket Academy and may not be reproduced without written permission.
3Programs, Registration & Payments
3.1 Program Information
Program schedules, locations, coaches, and pricing may change without notice.
3.2 Registration Requirements
- Completion of waivers, medical information, and consent forms is mandatory.
- Registration may occur through third-party sports management portals.
4Pricing, Payments & Cancellation
4.1 Pricing
- All program fees, packages, and memberships are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- Updated pricing applies to future registrations or renewals.
4.2 Payments
- Full payment is due prior to the start of classes or participation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or denial of participation.
4.3 Cancellation Notice
Important: Please read cancellation policy carefully.
- Written cancellation requests must be submitted by email.
- Notice must be received on or before the 15th day of the month preceding the month of cancellation.
- Example: To cancel May enrollment, notice must be received by April 15th.
- Notices received after this date may result in charges for the next billing cycle.
- Verbal or text notifications are not considered official.
5Program Usage, Withdrawals & Attendance
5.1 Program Usage & Expiration
- Packages and memberships are valid only for the specified duration.
- Unused sessions do not automatically roll over unless explicitly stated.
- Extensions may be granted only in exceptional circumstances with written request.
- Credits and enrollments are non-transferable.
5.2 Withdrawals & Pausing
- Withdrawal or pause requests must be submitted in writing.
- Pauses may be permitted for medical or emergency reasons at AIM's discretion.
5.3 Attendance, Lateness & Rescheduling
- Consistent attendance is recommended for development.
- Late arrivals may join at coach discretion.
- Missed sessions do not guarantee refunds or make-ups.
- Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather or facility issues. AIM will attempt advance notification.
6Participant Conduct, Equipment & Facility Use
6.1 Conduct
Participants must demonstrate respect, sportsmanship, and appropriate behavior. AIM may suspend or remove participants for unsafe or disruptive conduct.
6.2 Equipment Responsibility
- AIM is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
- Misuse or damage of academy equipment may result in replacement charges.
6.3 Facility Rules
Participants must follow posted facility guidelines, respect property, and use designated areas only.
6.4 Theft & Property Damage
Intentional or negligent property damage may result in financial responsibility and possible removal from programs.
7Health, Safety & Concussion Protocol
7.1 Safety Compliance
Participants must follow coach instructions and safety rules. Parents must disclose medical conditions or injuries.
7.2 Concussion Protocol
If signs of head injury appear:
- Immediate removal from activity
- Parent notification
- Medical evaluation recommended
- Return only with medical clearance
8Child Safety, Anti-Harassment & Anti-Bullying
Zero Tolerance Policy: AIM Cricket Academy maintains zero tolerance for abuse, molestation, harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, or inappropriate conduct.
Confirmed violations may result in immediate removal and possible reporting to authorities. No retaliation will occur against individuals reporting concerns in good faith.
